The operator of "3-Second Decision RPG" (an individual) (the "Operator") sets out below how information about users is handled on the website "3-Second Decision RPG" (the "Site").
1. Information the Site handles
(1) Game records (stored only on your device)
Your codex of collected endings, earned badges, sound setting and most recent play result are saved in your browser's storage (localStorage). This information stays on your device and is not sent to the Operator's servers. If you delete your browser data, these records are erased.
(2) Contents of inquiries
When you use the contact form, we receive the name (optional), email address (optional), inquiry type and message you enter. We use them only to respond to your inquiry and, where necessary, to reply. We do not provide them to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
(3) Access information
The server used to publish the Site (the hosting provider) may keep access logs (IP address, browser type, access time and so on). The Operator does not use them to identify individuals.
2. Advertising
The Site may use the third-party advertising service "Google AdSense". Advertising works as follows.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits.
- Through the use of advertising cookies, Google and its partners can show you appropriate ads based on your past visits to this Site and other sites.

3. Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores in your browser. The Site itself does not use cookies for game progress. The advertising service above and the analytics service (Google Analytics) use cookies. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some features may then be unavailable.
4. External services

- Google Fonts: The Site uses Google Fonts (a font delivery service) to display text. When a page opens, your browser connects to Google's servers.
- FormSubmit: The contact form is sent through the external form service "FormSubmit". What you submit reaches the Operator by email through that service.
- X (formerly Twitter): "Share on X" takes you to the X site. X handles information under its own policies.
5. Access analysis
To understand usage and improve the Site, we use the access analysis tool "Google Analytics" provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect access information (pages viewed, time spent, device and browser type, approximate region and so on). This information is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.

6. Disclaimer
We make every effort to keep the content of the Site accurate, but we do not guarantee its accuracy or safety. The Operator is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the Site, nor for how external sites linked from the Site handle information.
7. Copyright
Copyright in the text, images, programs and other content of the Site belongs to the Operator. However, you are free to post text and images created with the Site's sharing features ("Share on X" and 📸) on social media and elsewhere.
8. Changes to this policy
The Operator may revise this policy in response to changes in law or in the service. A revision takes effect when it is posted on this page.
